Wow, I want to like this app because the idea of having a front row seat to all of the concerts in the catalog is amazing. Unfortunately, the app itself, whether on mobile or my Samsung TV, is barely usable and really takes away from the positive experience. The app won't save your place if you watch half a concert and come back later. Then, when you do have to start over, navigation controls are EXTREMELY limited, so getting back to your spot is very frustrating. VEEPS, do better.

Well the few that I have experienced on the app which I think is a very cool addition and before the app came along, online website streamed a couple shows from laptop went very well. Last well one before this last one I watched when I found out about the app and downloaded it and was so much more convenient for me on a personal level at times. I'm happy either way. App works fine for me and great quality signal and uninterrupted feed and I have poor service signal sometimes. So it's great đ¤

I had difficulty with the paid acct subscription. I could not login or change my password. The email link let me in but I only saw the chat. I had msg customer service the day before & today but was assured my account was activated and ready. Customer service had me log out and try again. I lost all access. I used the link they sent. It forced me into new account so I just ended up buying a second ticket. I finally entered the live around 5:45ETđđ. They should have reset me this morning
